First, please drive by the properties that you are interested in and make sure that the location works for you.

We show properties from 9am-5pm Monday-Friday

All properties are ‘non smoking’.

Pet Policy: Houses that allow pets have ‘Pets OK’ in the property listing. The rental price listed is for one pet. Only dogs under 25 lbs may be allowed. Any pets over 25 lbs or any additional pet charges are at the discretion of the landlord.  There is a $200 non-refundable pet deposit per pet at the time of the lease signing.
